In 30 seconds
Most personal development hands you information. Your subconscious carries on running the old identity, so the information changes nothing, and after a while you decide you must be the problem.
Identity Installation changes the identity first. Breath and trance open a window in the mind. The new self image goes in through that window, and pleasure conditioning rewards it until your nervous system stops arguing with it and starts defending it.
Once the identity changes, the habits, the boundaries, the money decisions and the way you walk into a room start changing on their own. You are not forcing new behaviour any more. You are being who you now are.
What changes in you
Most people only change this deep after a collapse. This is the version that runs on pleasure instead, in the order your body can actually take it.
The gripping, the planning, the mind that will not switch off. First you let go, on purpose, so there is room for something new to go in.

For over a decade we have been building the operating system for living awake. Two people, one methodology: hypnosis, NLP, energetics, and embodied change installed in the room together.
Daria is the Visibility Queen, a 2× TEDx speaker and author who has facilitated 400+ workshops across 20 countries. Her work sits in self-leadership, genius zone activation, and the energetics that let people access their full potential. Barak is the Architect of Self-Running Companies: a hypnotist, NLP practitioner, and serial entrepreneur on a mission to co-found 800 meaningful companies. He has spent the last decade working with founders and leaders on goal-setting, performance, business vision, and human potential. In the room we blend it into one protocol: container, trance, and installation.
