STATE & IDENTITY.

From

at the mercy of your states. Reactive to whatever the day brings. Anxious because the world is anxious, low because the news is bad, scattered because the phone is loud. Identity inherited and unexamined. The body running you instead of you running it.

sovereign self-leadership. The nervous system you choose. The identity you install, not the one you inherited.

From your wiring running you → to you running the wiring.

Shift 03

VISION.

From

the life happening to you. Working hard at things that aren't yours. Hope as a strategy. The years pass. The vision in your head never makes it into your year, your calendar, or your body. One day you look up older than you planned, in a life you never actually chose.

To

the life you're authoring. Vision installed in the nervous system. The body knows where you're pulling. The days reorganize around it. Reality bends toward you because you've stopped hoping and started scripting.

Is this like stage hypnosis?

Is this just meditation?
